We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a flexible approach who can use their own initiative whilst working as part of a team in a busy department.

You will be working within a team of School Health Clerks who provide administrative support to the School Nursing Team based at New Moston Library Offices, Nuthurst Road, New Moston, M40 3PJ.  You may also be asked to provide cover when required at our other bases.

We provide a comprehensive administrative service to ensure the health needs for all children in Manchester are met. You will be responsible for ensuring all filing of manual and electronic records are kept up to date and accurate. You will be organised and methodical with excellent communication skills and telephone manner, the ability to communicate with with all levels whilst maintaining client/patient confidentiality.
