Department of cardiothoracic

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cardiothoracic surgery for the admin and clerical team.

We are looking for an individual to join our friendly Cardiothoracic team.  You will be responsible to the Office Manager, working closely with other secretaries within the speciality. There will be requirements to complete any relevant clerical duties within the department including preparing clinics, requesting notes, transferring images on our PACs system and dealing with ad-hoc requests. It is important to be able to work flexibly within the team. You will be expected to provide full administrative support and assist the clinical personnel.
