Systems and Service Integration Team Manager, Employee Health and Wellbeing Service

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust

Wythenshawe Hospital Sites and Oxford Road Campus (with regular travel across MFT sites)

Band 7

Fixed term for 12 months

Something exciting is happening at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). As the largest Trust in the UK (and one of Manchester’s main employers), we’re leading the way in unrivalled medical care and treatment. And we’re completely redefining our approach to Employee Health and Wellbeing by bringing together specialist skills and expertise to support our people. And that’s where you come in.

As our Systems and Service Integration Team Manager, you’ll take our Employee Health and Wellbeing Service to the next level, with the systems that support innovation and success.

Here, you’ll lead a comprehensive review and transformation of the IT systems and processes supporting delivery of this outstanding service. You will also build a deep understanding of service requirements and develop the business case for ongoing investment in these systems to ultimately achieve alignment.

Bringing a strategic approach to service redesign and IT systems implementation, you’ll play a key role in achieving a fully integrated, effective and high performing capability. With our Employee Health and Wellbeing managers, you’ll scope, design and deliver priority programmes of work. This will see you collaborating with service leads and creating stakeholder engagement. To support effective adoption to new systems and processes, you’ll design and deliver training to our multidisciplinary teams.

Holding or working towards a Master’s degree (or equivalent), you’ll possess a Systems or Business Analyst qualification. With a recognised project management or programme management qualification, together with recent continued professional development you will be ideally placed to lead the team in our ambitious IT transformation within Employee Health and Wellbeing.

Throughout your career at MFT, we’ll support your learning, development, and aspirations. Join us at the forefront of change, and you’ll enjoy plenty of opportunities, together with all the benefits you can expect as an NHS employee.

The UK’s largest Trust is making big changes. And we want you to come and help us lead the way.
