An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual with well-developed communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to join the Estates and Facilities Operations team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

You'll be responsible for ensuring all operational estate services are delivered safely by the PFI Estates Team and in liaison with Trust Users. This role will be varied and the successful candidate will have to be able to work flexibly, including working hours.

Key to this role will be;

Overseeing project work

Maintaining effective relationships and monitoring the management of preventative and reactive maintenance and operational reporting.

Therefore, previous experience in these areas will be necessary.
