We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic and commercially astute individual to join our busy Resourcing Team. Self-motivated and flexible, you’ll have the ability to plan campaigns and deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and managers through sound stakeholder management, applying logical and proactive decisions to ensure the provision of a comprehensive and effective Recruitment service. What’s more, you’ll have the confidence and flair to train managers on both system and process, ensuring optimum use of resources in order to meet our departmental performance measures.

You will be joining an established team who work hard to develop close working relationships with candidates and managers in order to deliver a high quality service, to time and cost.

You will have:

• Experience of working within an HR or Recruitment/Resourcing environment
• The ability to develop good working relationships
• The ability to work towards and achieve set targets
• The ability to work at pace
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible approach and commitment to improving service delivery
• Clear communication skills both orally and in writing
• IT skills
• Experience of working with a web based database

You will be working in a fast-moving, pressurised environment where experience and co-operation really matter. But more than that, your work will help towards ensuring the services we run and the patients we care for are key priority by recruiting the very best talent both locally, regionally and internationally.

The working pattern for this post is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. To ensure an efficient service is provided to both our candidates and stake holders, you will be required to work across both our Oxford Road and Wythenshawe Site.
