A fabulous opportunity has arisen on our Head and Neck Surgical Unit, Division of Surgery, at Manchester Royal Infirmary.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Ward Manager who is passionate about holistic care for elderly people with great communication and leadership skills. The applicant must be able to influence change, demonstrate organisations skills, reliability, resilience and be clinically credible.

 Team building and service development are essential components for this post

 Post registration experience must include band 6 leadership in an acute ward area.

The applicant must also evidence ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.

 The Division of Surgery in turn will provide support in further development within this role and offer relevant training opportunities to assist in this challenging role.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
