An new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated dietitian to join our supportive department of 30 dietitians and 2 dietetic assistants within the dietetic team at Trafford General Hopsital,  Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

The part-time post will be based within the dietetic team at Trafford General Hopital which consists of three Dietitians and a dietetic assistant. The post holder will be responsible for the nutritional management of inpatients on a mixture or acute medical and rehabilitation wards. We have a well-established student training programme and you will be actively involved in student training with support to develop clinical supervisory skills. The post offers the opportunity for continued professional development and is the ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to develop their clinical skills whilst being able to contribute to clinical effectiveness within the Trust.

You will be encouraged to work as part of the multidisciplinary team and to participate in training, service development, academic and clinical meetings. A flexible attitude, good interpersonal and team working skills are essential along with an excellent knowledge of nutrition support.
