We would like to recruit a Senior Paediatric Emergency Nurse with significant post registration experience.

You will be based at The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital (RMCH), which provides specialist healthcare services for children and young people throughout the North West, as well as nationally and internationally.

You will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to manage difficult and stressful situations, provide visible support to the Paediatric Emergency Department within RMCH. 

You will possess management skills which facilitate change and improvement within the Divisional and Trust objectives. Knowledge and understanding of the job description will be evident and you will be able to discuss this role in the context of how you would apply yourself to it.

In return we will provide a comprehensive induction programme and you will be appraised on a yearly basis with a view to developing knowledge and skills where appropriate.
