It’s all here for you. World-class specialist Pharmacy and Medicine Optimisation services. Training and opportunities only England’s largest NHS Trust can offer. Plus a state of the art pharmacy department in an integrated health, teaching, research and innovation campus. Everything you need is here at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT).

This position would put you within our well established Homecare Team.  The Homecare Team manages the supply of medicines directly to Patient’s homes and is one of the largest in the country with over 5,800 patients registered.

Homecare or Pharmacy experience is not essential to join our team as you’ll start our in-house training programme as soon as you join. Where the relevant NVQ Level 2 is not held you would be required to achieve this within 12 months of enrolment. What we’re really looking for is your enthusiasm for this developing area of pharmacy: a proactive approach that helps us become ever-more organised and ensures everyone you work with stays well informed. The ideal candidate will be IT literate and have an administration background with the ability to learn new skills. Accuracy and efficiency are essential. Attention to detail, adaptability and being a team player are a must.

Flexibility will also be key as your 37.5 hours will include evenings and weekends.
